摘要:
目的:评价颅骨修补术对颅骨缺损病人的神经功能恢复的影响。方法:对颅骨修补术前和术后颅内压、脑血流、脑电生理的改变作一综述,探讨颅骨修补术对神经功能恢复的可能机制。结果:早期施行颅骨修补术对患者有利。结论:颅骨修补术可以改善神经功能。
Abstract:
Objective: To evaluate the cranioplasty in patients with skull defects for recovery of neurological function. Method: We investigate the change of intracranial pressure, cerebral blood flow, EEG physiological from preoperative and postoperative respectively, and possible mechanisms of cranioplasty on neurological recovery. Result: The earlier cranioplasty is beneficial to the patient. Conclusion: Cranioplasty can improve neurological function.
