    以隐喻与类比构建高职英语教学的情感性支架
    Construction of Emotional Scaffolding with Metaphors and Analogies in Higher Vocational English Teaching

摘要:

本文首先介绍了当代隐喻认知理论及其在语言教学中的应用现状,以及情感性支架的相关研究,并以课堂教学中的具体案例说明教师如何提供相适宜的隐喻和类比,构建情感性支架,以促进语篇理解、提高学生的跨文化交际能力。作者以此呼吁更多的语言研究者与一线教师积极投入到将语言学最新理论成果与语言教学结合起来的新探索,不断地提高高职英语教学的效果,推进高职教师自主发展与学生自主学习的研究。

On a basis of the literature review of the Conceptual Metaphor Theory, its application in language teaching and of the researches of emotional scaffolding, the article provides cases in classroom teaching to elaborate on how individual foreign language teacher constructs emotional scaffolding with appropriate metaphors and analogies in the hope of promoting the discourse comprehension and intercultural competence of the students and advocating more researchers and teachers engaging in new explorations for integration of the latest linguistic theories and language teaching to improve the effectiveness of higher vocational English teaching and studies of teacher autonomy and learner autonomy in higher vocational colleges.
