摘要: 以廉价易得的茴香醇为原料,经7步反应以56.7%的总收率合成得到盐酸文拉法辛。该路线简捷高效,反应条件温和,后处理操作简单,适合工业化生产。  Venlafaxine hydrochloride was synthesized via 7-step reactions in the total yield of 56.7% from anisic alcohol. The synthetic route is concise and efficient, and suitable for industrialization due to its mild reaction conditions and simple post-treatment.
