针药并用治疗原发性不孕症卵巢先天发育不全并强直性脊柱炎及多汗症一例分析

The Analysis of a Primary Infertility with Ankylosing Spondylitis and Hyperhidrosis Cured by Combining Therapy of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine

摘要: 本文详细记述并分析了一例，原发不孕症患者，针灸合并中药辨证论治并治愈的全过程，以及治疗心得，启示及讨论点。病例的特殊性在于，患者属先天性卵巢发育不全重症，FSH高达30 mlU/m，IVF 6次失败，合并免疫系统疾病强直性脊柱炎及多汗症。治疗4个月自然怀孕，产有一子，隔年自然怀孕又产一女。治疗全程有法国IVF专家全程B超监控。

Abstract: The writer has particularly detailedly recorded and analysed the treatment process of a primary infertility cured by combining therapy of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine based on TCM syndrome differentiation, the gains in depth of comprehension, revelations and some issues of discussion. The specialities of the case are that the patient has Congenital Agenesis of Ovaries, FSH 30 mlU/ml, 6 times IVF failures history, Ankylosing Spondylitis, and hyperhidrosis. She was pregnant after 4 months treatment, and then delivered a baby boy, followed by a baby girl after one year by natural pregnancy. The whole course of the treatment is under the ultrasound scan monitor by a French IVF specialist.
