地方性高校市场营销专业核心竞争力培养策略研究

摘要: 地方高校作为应用型人才培养的主阵地,其专业核心竞争力的培养培育问题是一个新的引起广范关注的问题。从地方高校本科市场营销专业建设与发展状况来看,培养方案趋同、培养模式单一、实践深度不足等成为比较突出的问题,本文对产生这些问题的原因进行了分析,并对相应的培养策略进行了探讨。
Abstract: The issue of training and education of professional core competitiveness in local colleges and uni-versities, which acts as a main field to train the applied talents, has caused widespread concern in modern society. According to the major construction and the developing condition of the marketing of undergraduate in local colleges and universities, the problem of training scheme’s convergence, train mode’s sameness and the insufficiency of the depth of practice becomes increasingly urgent. The paper analyzes the causes of the issues and investigates the corresponding training and educating measures.
