西南菝葜的化学成分研究
Studies on the Chemical Constituents of Rhizomes of Smilax bockii Warb.
摘要:
目的:研究西南菝葜的化学成分。方法:利用多种色谱层析方法分离化学成分,通过ESI-MS/MS及NMR等波谱方法鉴定结构。结果:共分离鉴定出12种化合物,依次是薯蓣皂苷元(1)、邻苯二甲酸-双-2乙基已酯(2)、香菜内酯(3)、山萘酚(5)、双氢山萘酚(6)、槲皮素(7)、双氢槲皮素(8)、大豆脑苷II(9)、芝麻脑苷(10)、异黄杞苷(11)、5-O-β-D-葡萄糖-山萘酚(12)、5-O-β-D-葡萄糖-双氢山萘酚(13)。结论:化合物2、3、9、10为首次从金刚藤中分离得到的化合物。
Abstract: Objective: To study the chemical constituents of rhizomes of Smilax bockii Warb. Methods: The constituents were isolated and purified by colunm chromatography and preparative TLC. Their structures were identified on the basis of comprehensive spectroscopic methods including ESI-MS and spectral data (1H, 13C-NMR). Results: Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as dios-genin (1), phthalic acid derivative (2), coriander lactone (3), resveratrol (4), kaempferol (5), di-hydro kaempferol (6), quercetin (7), dihydroquercetin (8), soya cerebroside II (9), sesame cere-broside (10), isoengelitin (11), kaempferol 5-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (12), and dihydrokaempferol 5- O-β-D-glucopyranoside (13). Conclusion: Compounds 2, 3, 9, 10 were isolated from the genus Smilax for the first time.
