摘要:
本文用博弈论的方法从经济人的角度对我国民营快递业的安全控制进行了定量分析，得出如下结论：法律制度与政府应当发挥对其安全控制的主力军作用，只有寄件者和快递企业树立自律，自觉担当社会责任，各方才能获得最大利益；运用SWOT分析法从战略角度对其安全控制进行了定性分析，并给出了一些建议。
Abstract:
This paper analyses safety control of the
private Courier industry in a quantitative manner by Game Theory from the
economic angle, points out that the legal system and government should play the
main role to control its safety, gets the conclusion that only by establishing
the self-discipline and undertaking the social responsibilities, the express
enterprises and the consignors can obtain the highest benefit; then analyzes
its safety control in a qualitative manner by SWOT Analysis from the strategic
angle, and puts forward some suggestions to solve this problem.
