摘要: 本文利用全寿命周期理论分析风电项目投资的风险,并用解释结构模型对我国风能发电的风险因素进行解析,构建了风能发电项目风险因素的阶层结构图,阐述了风能发电项目风险因素的层级关系及风险因素间的相互关系,对我国风能发电的源头风险、过程风险和终端风险因素进行确定,并提出相应的风险控制方法。
Abstract: The paper uses the theory of whole life cycle analysis of wind power project investment risk, uses the interpretative structural model to analyze the risk factors of the wind power in China, con-structs a hierarchical graph of risk factors, describes the hierarchy of wind power project invest-ment risk and the relationship between risk factors, determines the source of risk, process risk and terminal risk of wind power project investment risk in China and puts forward the corresponding risk control methods.
