名老中医经验传承中存在的问题及对策研究

The Problem and Countermeasure Research on Experience Inheritance of Famous Old Doctors of Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要: 名老中医经验传承中存在的问题主要表现为：传承模式单一；传承中缺乏传统的文化教育；传承缺乏优秀的继承人等方面。鉴于这些问题，需要从构建名医评价体系，加强中医人才队伍质量建设，开展名中医学术思想和文献医案研究，挖掘和保护民间中医资源，发挥现代医学在传承中的作用，做好顶层设计和系统合理规划等方面积极探索和解决所面临问题的思路和方法，促进专科人才队伍建设、学术思想的传承、特色疗法技术的应用和创新。

Abstract: The main problem in doctors of traditional Chinese medicine is single inheritance model, the lack of traditional culture education, the lack of outstanding inheritors, and so on. In view of these problems, we need to build a famous doctor evaluation system, strengthen the construction of talent quality of traditional Chinese medicine, carry out academic thought and literature basis re-search of traditional Chinese medicine, excavate and protect the folk resources of traditional Chi-nese medicine, play the role of modern medicine in succession, actively explore and solve the problems, ideas and methods of project design and system planning and promote the construction of specialized personnel, the inheritance of academic thought and the application and innovation of special treatment technology.
