Uterine Perforation of Pyometra Presenting as Gastrointestinal Perforation: A Case Report

摘要: 消化道穿孔是外科常见的急腹症。宫腔积脓并自发性子宫穿孔临床上罕见，并且有腹腔游离气体。其症状、体征和辅助检查都与消化道穿孔和其他急腹症相似。宫腔积脓并自发性子宫穿孔病死率超过40%。因此，老年女性的外科急腹症，应该想到宫腔积脓并自发性子宫穿孔的可能性。

Abstract: Gastrointestinal perforation is a common acute abdomen. Spontaneous perforated pyometra is a rare condition with free intra-peritoneal air. The clinical findings of perforated pyometra are similar to perforation of the gastrointestinal tract and other causes of acute abdomen. Mortality from spontaneous perforated pyometra exceeds 40%. Therefore, Spontaneous rupture of pyometra in cases of acute abdomen in elderly female patients should be considered.
