Abstract: Curation is a frontier in China, the biocuration of all kinds of biological information is the devel-opment tendency. In this paper, 500 rice genes of eight kinds stress-resistance were collected from literature: salinity tolerance, drought tolerance, cold tolerance, heat tolerance, dwarf resis-tance, lodging resistance, bacterial blight resistance and blast resistance. Curating the rice stress- resistance genes based on the platform of RiceWiki and publishing on RiceWiki. The 500 rice stress-resistance genes were further analyzed. First, the protein-protein interactions between stress-resistance rice genes were analyzed which containing 78 protein interactions among 61 proteins. The results of co-expression analysis indicated that 21.61% protein pairs have a tendency to co-expression, which showed the protein encoded by the stress-resistance genes could interact with each other. Finally, the GO enrichment is analyzed by argiGO, the results indicated that the significant level of GO terms related to stress is higher.
