全日制专业硕士研究生实践能力培养与就业状况的调查

Investigation of Practice Ability Training and Employment for Full-Time Professional Master Graduates

摘要: 通过对多所重点大学2010级至2014级全日制专业硕士研究生的教育培养模式及就业状况的问卷调查，本文分析了该类研究生的院校及专业选择、课程体系建设、论文及学业成就和择业就业等方面的现状及存在的问题，发现实践能力培养对专业硕士研究生就业分配、职业自信起到的重要作用。文章对如何提高实践能力也提出了建议。

Abstract: Through the questionnaire survey of the education model and the employment for the professional master’s graduate students in several key universities from 2010 to 2014, the paper analyzed the status and existing questions of the universities, major selection, the construction of lessons, the dissertation and academic achievements and the employment of the graduates. It was found that the abilities of the practice played key roles in the employment and the confidence. The suggestions for how to improve the practice abilities were also presented in the paper.
