摘要: 20世纪60年代，英国翻译学家卡特福特首次提出了翻译转换理论，开创了翻译界的新篇章。本文基于卡氏的理论，对医学英语汉译和中医英语中的微观转换进行探讨，以期对今后的医学英语以及中医英语的翻译起到一定的参考作用。
Abstract: Translation shift was first put forward by Catford in 1960s, which began a new chapter in the study of translation. Based on Catford’s theory of translation shifts, the paper aims to improve the translation of medical English and T.C.M. English by exploring the micro-level shifts in this field.
