方法:随机选取382名大学生,分别使用羞怯量表(Shyness Scale)中文版、大学生疏离感量表(the Sense of Alienation in College Students Scale)、生命意义感量表(the Meaning in Life Questionnaire, MLQ)中文版对其羞怯、疏离感以及生命意义感水平进行测量。
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the mediating effect of alienation on relationships between shyness and meaning in life among college students. Methods: Totally 382 college students were selected ran-domly. And they are respectively surveyed with Shyness Scale, the Sense of Alienation in College Students Scale and the Meaning in Life Questionnaire (MLQ). Results: Regression analysis indicated negative predictability of shyness and alienation to meaning in life. Shyness still had significant negative predictability to meaning in life (β value decreased from −0.348 to −0.221, p < 0.01) on the basis that alienation was controlled. Conclusion: The result of the research indicates that alienation has a partial mediating effect between shyness and meaning in life.
