摘要:

通过对1例肥胖合并II型糖尿病的患者采取胃转流术的方式进行治疗,浅谈通过胃转流术和胆胰转流术治疗II型糖尿病的有关研究进展。

Through treating a patient of obesity with type II diabetes mellitus by Roux-en-Y gastric bypass, the research progress of the treatment of type II diabetes mellitus by Roux-en-Y gastric bypass and biliopancreatic diversion was studied.
