Researching of Higher Vocational Counselors with Campus Crisis Coping Mechanism and Strategy

摘要: 高职辅导员校园危机事件应对能力是提高辅导员职业能力的重要内容。校园危机事件的发生，很容易引起社会的强烈反响，如果处理不妥当，还可能导致产生“放大”、“辐射”效应。因此，辅导员深入分析校园危机事件发生的原因，构建校园危机事件预警机制、掌握相应的应对，对保障师生身心健康和校园正常教学生活秩序具有重要意义。

Abstract: The campus crisis response capacity of the higher vocational counselors is an important content of promoting their professional abilities. The occurrence of campus crisis is easy to evoke a strong repercussion among society, if inappropriate, it may also lead to "zoom in" and "radiation" effect. Counselors, therefore, should further analyze the reason of campus crisis events, build the early warning mechanism of campus crisis, grasp the corresponding response, to guarantee the teachers and students’ physical and mental health and normal order of teaching life, which is of great significance in schools.
