摘要: 宾馆酒店建筑节能管理的主要途径就是建立严格的能耗控制指标和制度，入住率的变化、设备的运行控制等因素都会影响其能耗。本文通过对星级宾馆酒店不同入住率下空调能耗的模拟，探究入住率的变化对空调能耗的影响。

Abstract: The main way of hotel energy-saving management is to establish strict control and systems on energy consumption. The energy consumption in the hotel will be affected by changes in occupancy rates, operation and control of the equipment and other factors. The thesis aims to explore the influence of different occupancy rates on energy consumption through the simulation of air conditioning energy consumption in a hotel under different occupancy rates.
