PPP模式与众筹融资有效融合问题探讨

The Discussion of the Problem from the Effective Fusion between PPP Mode and Crowdfounding

摘要: 自从2013年以来，PPP模式在基础设施和公共服务类项目中得到广泛运用。由于PPP项目具有资本投入大、投资周期长、回报慢等特点，PPP项目的融资安排是个难题。众筹融资作为一种新型高效的融资模式正在快速发展，本文对众筹融资模式运用到PPP融资安排中进行了可行性分析，同时对可能遇到的问题与挑战进行探讨，并在这基础上提出相关建议。

Abstract: Since 2013, the PPP model in infrastructure and public service class is widely used in the project. Because the PPP project has huge the characteristics of capital investment, long investment cycle, and slow return, PPP project financing is a difficult problem. The Crowdfunding as a new and efficient financing mode is rapid development. In this paper, we analysed the feasibility of crowdfunding financing mode applying to PPP financing arrangements, at the same time discussed the possible problem and challenges, and put forward related suggestions on this basis.
