阴式子宫切除术与腹式子宫切除术临床疗效的对比研究

A Comparative Study of Clinical Efficacy of Vaginal Hysterectomy and Abdominal Hysterectomy

摘要: 目的：比较阴式子宫切除术与腹式子宫切除术的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析2010年5月至2015年5月在本站行阴式子宫切除术与腹式子宫切除术的212例患者的临床资料。分别对照两组患者住院时间、手术出血量、手术时间和手术并发症。结果：2010年5月至2015年5月，阴式子宫切除术组排气时间、切口长度、住院时间、术后并发症优于腹式子宫切除术组(P < 0.05)，腹式子宫切除术组手术时间优于阴式子宫切除术组(P < 0.0)。阴式子宫切除术组与腹式子宫切除术组围手术期术前血红蛋白、术前白蛋白及术中出血量，肿瘤部位、肿瘤最大径比较的差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。阴式子宫切除术组与腹式子宫切除术组术前合并症及术后并发症方面比较差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。结论：阴式子宫切除术具有较好的安全性及可行性，可以达到微创的效果。

Abstract: Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy of vaginal hysterectomy and abdominal hysterectomy. Methods: The clinical data of 212 patients who underwent vaginal hysterectomy and abdominal hysterectomy in our station from May 2015 to May 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. Hospita-lization time, surgical blood loss, operating time and complications postoperative of the two groups were compared. Results: Exhaust time, incision length, hospitalization time and postoperative complications in the vaginal hysterectomy group were superior to the abdominal hysterectomy group (P < 0.05). Operation time in the abdominal hysterectomy group is shorter than that of the vaginal hysterectomy group (P < 0.05). Differences of preoperative hemoglobin in perioperative period, preoperative albumin, intraoperative blood loss, tumor location and the maximum diameter of the tumor between the vaginal hysterectomy group and the abdominal hysterectomy group have no statistical significance (P > 0.05). The difference of preoperative complications and postoperative complications between the vaginal hysterectomy group and the abdominal hysterectomy group has no statistical significance (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Vaginal hysterectomy is safer and feasible, and can achieve the minimally invasive effect.
