摘要: 随着中国国际地位的提升，对外经济文化交流活动也越来越频繁，国家的发展需要大批高质量的英语运用人才。大学英语教学，承担了重要的培养英语人才的任务。大学英语的教学，不仅要培养技能，更需要在教学中注重人文教育。大学英语的教学不仅培养的是语言传声人，更需要注重人文性，培养学生的人文素养。让学生们不仅成为语言的巨人，更要成为情感的能人，在学习和未来的工作中，成为智商情商皆具备的人才。当然，为了实现这个目标，培养具有人文关怀教学理念的教师队伍也是必不可少的。本文旨在阐述英语教学中人文教育的重要性，希望提起大家的关注，并实施。

Abstract: With the promotion of China’s International status, economic and cultural exchanges have been increasingly frequently. We need a large number of qualified English talents. College English teaching takes the important task of cultivating English abilities. College English teaching, not only needs to cultivate skills, but also needs to carry out humanistic education. University English teaching is not only to cultivate language sound, and more needs to focus on the humanities and cultivate students’ humanistic quality. Let the students not only become the language giants, but also become the people capable of emotion. In the study and future work, they could become the people who have both the intelligence and emotion quotient. Of course, in order to achieve this goal, it is essential to develop a teaching idea of humanistic care education. This paper aims to explain the importance of humanistic education in English teaching, hoping to bring everyone’s attention, and the implementation.
