环乳晕小切口结合碎吸法治疗男性乳房发育症体会

Tissure Shattered and Suction Technique for the Resection of Serious Gynecomastia by Circum-Areola Incision

摘要: 目的：探讨男性乳房发育症的手术治疗方法。方法：回顾分析3年来采用局部麻醉肿胀技术，环乳晕小切口结合碎吸法切除乳腺增生组织治疗巨大男性乳房发育症临床资料。结果：共有16例(28侧)患者，术后无皮下积液、乳头乳晕坏死，切口瘢痕亦不明显。随访6~24个月，效果满意。结论：在局部麻醉肿胀技术下行环乳晕切口结合碎吸法潜行切除增生的乳腺，是一种治疗巨大男性乳腺发育症的有效方法，手术操作简单、安全、损伤轻、出血少、恢复快。

Abstract: Objective: To search a new surgical method to treat serious gynecomastia. Methods: By retrospectively analyzing the recent 3 years’ clinical data, patients were treated with tissure shattered and suction technique by circum-areola micro-incision under the local tumescent anesthesia techni- que. Results: A total of 16 patients (28 sides), their follow-up was done from 6 to 24 months. There was no subcutaneous effusion, no nipple and areola necrosis, and incision scar was also not significant. All the 16 patients were satisfied with their outcomes. Conclusions: Tissure shattered and suction technique was an effective treatment to treat serious gynecomastia under local tumescent anesthesia. It was simple, safe, less injury and bleeding, and recovered quickly.
