我国公民优秀传统文化素养研究

Study on Chinese Citizens’ Literacy of Excellent Traditional Culture

摘要: 我国优秀的传统文化是中华民族智慧的结晶和精神风貌的体现，党的十八大报告提出要建设优秀传统文化传承体系，弘扬中华优秀传统文化，加强公民素质建设，提高公民文化素养水平。因此，进行公民优秀传统文化素养的研究具有迫切的现实意义。对北京、河北、山西、辽宁、重庆、广西和海南七省市的2200份问卷调查结果表明，和合文化、多元文化、礼仪之道、义文化、孝文化、中庸之道、君子之道呈现出由高到低的排序特征。该结论不仅反映了我国公民文化素养的现状，而且再现了我国公民对优秀传统文化的继承情况。

Abstract: Chinese excellent traditional culture is the crystallization of the Chinese nation’s wisdom and the spirit’s embodiment. The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party pointed out that we should build the excellent traditional culture heritage system, carry forward the Chinese traditional culture, strengthen the construction of the quality of the citizens, and improve the level of civic literacy. Therefore, the citizens of excellent traditional literacy research have immediate practical significance. A survey of 2200 questionnaires from Beijing, Hebei, Shanxi, Liaoning, Chongqing, Guangxi and Hainan provinces shows a ranking feature from high to low as harmony culture, multiculture, the way of etiquette, culture of righteousness, culture of filial piety, doctrine of the mean and doctrine of gentlemen. This conclusion not only reflects the current level of our citizens’ literacy, but also reflects the inheritance of excellent traditional culture of our citizens.
