穴位按摩结合中药敷脐治疗小儿脾虚泄泻临床效果观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Point Massage Combined with Chinese Traditional Medicine Deposited in the Umbilicus on Children with Spleen Deficiency Diarrhea

摘要: 目的：探讨穴位按摩加中药敷脐在小儿脾虚久泻治疗中的临床疗效。方法：将200例脾虚泻患儿随机分为治疗组予对照组各100例，治疗组进行穴位按摩结合中药敷脐，对照组口服蒙脱石：疗程均为7天。对两组患儿的疗效进行比较。结果：治疗组疗效显著优于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论：穴位按摩结合中药敷脐治疗小儿脾虚泻有显著疗效。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of acupoint massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of infantile diarrhea with spleen deficiency. Methods: 200 cases of children with spleen deficiency were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 100 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with acupoint massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine. The control group was treated with montmorillonite. The course of treatment was 7 days. The efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results: the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: acupuncture point massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Infantile Spleen Deficiency diarrhea has significant effect.
