东平县乡村旅游发展现状及对策研究

A Study on Rural Tourism Development in Dongping County

摘要: 近年来，在国家政策和人们生活需求的推动下，乡村旅游的发展步伐逐渐加快，已是许多人们喜爱的旅游方式之一。东平县乡村旅游资源丰富，近年来在各级政府的支持下，乡村旅游呈现出快速发展的态势，吸引了众多游客游玩，实现了一定的效益，尽管如此，也存在许多不足之处。本文在阐发东平县乡村旅游发展现状的基础之上，总结出存在的主要问题：基础设施完善；旅游从业人员人才匮乏，服务质量有待提高；旅游产品创新不足，产品较单一；生态环境质量不高，环保意识不足。根据这些问题，为东平县乡村旅游的发展提出对策。

Abstract: In recent years, with the promotion of national policies and people’s living needs, the pace of de-velopment of rural tourism has gradually accelerated, and rural tourism has been one of the travel ways that many people like to choose. Dongping County has a lot of rural tourism resources; with the support of governments in recent years, it shows a trend of rapid development in the rural tourism and attracts many tourists and get some benefits; however, there are still many short-comings. Therefore, this paper based on the analysis of rural tourism development in Dongping County, summed up the main problems: Infrastructure needs correcting; shortage of Tourism personnel; quality of service needs to be improved; lack of innovation of tourism products; eco-logical environment quality is not high; lacks awareness of environmental. Based on these issues, we made countermeasures for the development of rural tourism in Dongping County.
