摘要: 针对城市巡游出租车和网约出租车发展现状,为促进巡游出租汽车转型升级,规范网络预约出租汽车经营,推进两种业态融合发展,本文利用车联网导航通信技术准确获取出租车的运营管理数据,结合城市居民和流动人口的出行特征,以空驶率为主要参数,建立了保有量的宏观模型并计算出出租车最佳总量,以及巡游和网约出租车的合理数量分配。最后,以济南市为例应用该模型验证分析,计算出两类出租车的合理拥有量。
Abstract: Aiming at the current status and development of cruising taxi and net about taxi industry, using vehicle’s networking communication technologies for obtaining taxi operation management data accurately, in combination with the travel characteristics of the urban residents and migrant population, this paper uses the vehicle network navigation and communication technology to accurately obtain the operation management data of the taxi. Combining with the travel characteristics of urban residents and floating population and taking the unloaded ratio as the main parameters, the paper then establishes a taxi quantity measurement macro model which can calculate the optimal number, as well as a reasonable quantity distribution of the cruising taxi and the net about taxi. We apply the proposed method to test and verify based on Jinan City, and finally calculate the reasonable quantity about these two types of taxis.
