Exploration and Practice of Training Program for Professional Talent in Software Engineering of Applied Type

摘要: 针对应用型软件工程专业培养方案改革中遇到的问题，提出培养方案的总体制定思路，以实现专业教育与技术行业和市场需求紧密结合的目标。通过构建应用型课程体系、企业式的质量管理体系、智能信息化平台和建设应用型师资队伍等几个方面的教学改革，使培养方案满足当前就业市场、社会需求以及未来学生自身成长特点。

Abstract: For the problems encountered in the reform of training program for professional talent in the software engineering of applied type, the general approach of training program formulation is proposed in this paper, to realize the purpose of combining professional education and technology industry and market demand tightly. The reform education can be carried out by constructing applied curriculum system and enterprise quality management system, creating intelligent information platform and building applied teaching staff. And the training program can meet the characteristics of current employment market, social need and student self-growth in the future.
