摘要: 本文以经典力学为基础分别以定性分析和计算推导两种途径提出了一种新的红移效应即介质折射率随时间连续用变化引起的红移下文简称折射率时变红移。
Abstract: Based on practice data, we find a phenomenon that the refractive index changes with time. Based on the classical mechanics, we propose a new red shift called red shift caused by Time-varying refractive index. The hypothesis is also qualitatively analyzed and deduced in the paper.
