Abstract:
At present, most of the pipe tobaccos in China’s domestic market are imported, with different brands and different style characteristics. The production technology for these imported pipes is extensive and without a complete technological system, especially on raw material sorting and blending, fermentation and processing. After a study on the making technology of pipe tobacco for two years and overcoming mountains of difficulties, China Tobacco Sichuan Industrial Co., Ltd. Great Wall Cigar Factory has built up a complete technological system. The pipe tobacco made by Great Wall has the characteristics of pure, mild and full aroma, and moderate strength; and structure of the tobacco is in a balance of diversified change and richness, with fresh and sweet taste.
