浅议新形势下如何创新推进高校外专引智工作

Discussion on How to Innovate in the Introduction of Foreign Expert into Colleges and Universities during the New Period of Development

摘要: 随着《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十三个五年(2016-2020年)规划纲要》的发布，我国进入“十三五”(2016-2020)发展新时期。在“十二五”期间，我国对外开放不断深入，国际地位和国际影响力都得到显著提高，高校的外专引智工作也取得了较为丰硕的成果。本文拟在总结过去高校外专工作经验的基础上，总结现阶段外专工作的亟需解决的问题，就新的发展时期下如何全面推进高校国际化建设，创新高校外专工作进行有益的探索。

Abstract: The release of the outline of the 13th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Develop-ment (2016-2020) marks that China enters a new period of development. China’s opening-up constantly deepened, international standing and influence were both greatly improved, and fruitful results were produced in the introduction of foreign experts into colleges and universities during the 12th five-year plan period. Based on summary of past work experience in the introduction of foreign experts into colleges and universities, the thesis summarizes problems in urgent need of solutions now, and makes useful exploration about how to advance the internationalization of colleges and universities as well as how to innovate in the introduction of foreign experts into colleges and universities in the new period of development.
