摘要: 白藜芦醇(Resveratrol)属芪类化合物,广泛存在于葡萄、花生、虎杖、决明、藜芦等植物中的天然抗氧化剂,主要通过清除自由基、抑制自由基的生成和脂质过氧化、调节抗氧化相关酶的活性及基因的表达等机制发挥抗氧化作用。在疾病的发生、发展过程中,几乎都伴随有氧化损伤这一病理现象。因此,探究白藜芦醇在相关疾病的预防与治疗效果对于防止许多疾病的发生和愈后非常重要。
Abstract: Resveratrol is a stilbene compounds, which is widely found in grapes, peanuts, Polygonum cuspidatum, cassia, resveratrol and other plants and acts as a natural antioxidant. Resveratrol plays its antioxidant effect mainly by scavenging free radicals, inhibiting production of free radicals and lipid peroxidation, regulating activity and gene expression of antioxidant enzymes. Oxidative damage is related to basic processes of many diseases. Therefore, it is very important to explore the preventive and therapeutic effects of resveratrol in the prevention and treatment of related diseases.
