耳穴综合疗法治疗失眠症45例体会

Treatment of 45 Cases of Insomnia by Auricular Acupuncture Combined Therapy

摘要: 目的：观察耳穴综合疗法治疗失眠症效果。方法：2014年10月至2016年6月期间，收集45例门诊病人，均采用耳穴按摩、放血、埋籽，10次1个疗程，治疗2个疗程，两疗程之间休息一周。结果：临床痊愈9例，占20%；显效15例，占33.3%；有效14例，占33.1%；无效7例，占15.6%。显效率达53.3%，总有效率84.4%。结论：耳穴综合疗法治疗失眠效果较显著，且无毒副作用，值得临床推广或配合应用。

Abstract: Objective: To observe the effects of insomnia by auricular acupuncture combined therapy. Me-thods: 45 cases of insomnia received two courses of treatment a total of 20 times with auricular acupuncture combined therapy. Results: Clinical recovery 9 cases, accounting for 20%; 15 cases were markedly improved (33.3%), Effective 14 cases (33.1%), Invalid 7 cases, accounting for 15.6%. 53.3% effective and total effective rate 84.4%. Conclusion: Auricular acupuncture com-bined treatment of insomnia effect is more significant, and non-toxic side effects. It worthy of clinical promotion or cooperate with the application.
