浅析达州市中心医院的住院医师规范化培训

摘要: 住院医师规范化培训对于培养高层次医师和提高医疗质量以及科研水平有着非常重要的作用。本文分析了达州市中心医院在住院医师规范化培训方面的现状与不足，并提出了相应对策。该医院具有临床教学质量监控体系、不定期的教学行政查房、丰富的培训内容以及考核管理。但是在培训条件、临床思维培养以及规培考核体系方面存在不足。因此，本文提出了改善培训条件、改进临床思维培养以及逐步完善考核体系的具体措施。

Abstract: Standardized resident training is very important to cultivate high-level doctors and improve me- dical quality as well as medical research. This paper analyzed the current status and deficiencies of standardized resident training in Dazhou Central Hospital, and proposed countermeasures. This hospital has the monitoring system for clinical teaching quality, irregular ward inspection in teaching, rich training contents and management of examinations. However, deficiencies exist in the training conditions, clinical thinking cultivation and the examination system. Thus, this paper proposed countermeasures to improve training conditions, clinical thinking cultivation and the examination system.
