均衡生产水平评价方法研究及实例分析——以红河卷烟厂卷包部为例

Research on Balanced Production Level Evaluation Method and Case Analysis—A Case Study of the Package Department of Honghe Cigarette Factory

摘要: 本文从均衡生产的理念出发，提出并设计了卷包机组卷烟产量时间均衡水平的评价方法体系；以红河卷烟厂卷包部为例，进行了实例分析；从产品质量、消耗和设备稳定性三个方面，对方法合理性进行了验证。结果显示：卷包机组可以通过提升均衡生产水平来实现“质量好、效率高和成本小”的生产目标。因此，此方法对烟草企业卷包机组的管理和控制具有借鉴意义。

Abstract: Based on the concept of balanced production, this paper puts forward and designs the evaluation method system for time balance level of cigarette production in coil package. A case study is carried out in the case of the package of Honghe Cigarette Factory. The rationality of the method is verified from three aspects: Product quality, consumption and equipment stability. The results show that the production unit can achieve the goal of “good quality, high efficiency and low cost” by improving the level of production. Therefore, this method can be used for reference for the management and control of the cigarette packaging machine.
