摘要: 以ZK物流工程专业学位硕士研究生为研究对象,从基础能力、实践能力、创新创业能力、生涯规划能力、求职能力5个方面提出专业学位硕士研究生就业能力评价指标体系;其次,采用层次分析法按照重要性对指标进行排序,使其在专业学位研究生就业能力建设实践中更具指导性和可行性;此外,结合ZK物流工程专业学位硕士研究生的特点及实际,对其进行就业能力综合评价;最后,根据评价结果,提出了提升ZK物流工程专业学位硕士研究生就业能力的具体措施。
Abstract: Taking the professional degree of master of ZK university logistics engineering students as the research object, this research put forward the evaluation index system of graduates’ employment ability from the 5 aspects of basic ability: practical ability, innovation ability, the ability of career planning and job skills. Secondly, the paper used the analytic hierarchy process to sort the indicators according to the importance, so that it is more instructive and feasible in the practice of the construction of graduate employment ability. Moreover, combined with the characteristics and practice of ZK university logistics engineering degree graduate students, this research comprehensively evaluated their employability. In the end, according to the evaluation results, the paper puts forward some concrete measures to improve the employment ability of ZK university logistics engineering graduate students.
