摘要: 党的十八届三中全会提出了“深化教育领域综合改革”的号召。高等学校的人事管理部门必须抓住机遇,迎接挑战,进行全面而又深刻的改革,以为创新高校人才培养机制,促进高校办出特色争创一流奠定坚实的基础。
Abstract: The Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Party puts forward the call for “deepening the comprehensive reform in the field of education”. The personnel management department of colleges and universities must seize the opportunity to meet the challenge, carry out comprehensive and profound reform, and innovate the mechanism of personnel training in colleges and universities, and promote the construction of the characteristics of colleges and universities to lay a solid foundation.
