摘要: 乳腺癌和甲状腺癌是两种严重危害人类健康的恶性肿瘤，最近甲状腺癌合并乳腺癌的发病率也逐渐升高，值得重视，但目前国内报道较少。现对在我院诊治的甲状腺合并乳腺癌患者4例进行总结，结果提示乳腺癌并发甲状腺癌的发生率较高。因此，乳腺癌患者应常规筛查甲状腺功能及甲状腺超声，同时对女性甲状腺癌患者也应常规进行乳腺检查，做到早诊、早治。
Abstract: Breast cancer and thyroid cancer are two kinds of malignant tumors which seriously endanger human health. Recently, the incidence of thyroid cancer associated with breast cancer has gradu-ally increased, being worthy of attention, but few cases have been reported in China until now. This article summarizes 4 cases of thyroid carcinoma combined with breast cancer in our hospital. Our results revealed that there was a high incidence of breast cancer complicated with thyroid cancer. Therefore, patients with breast cancer should be routinely screened for thyroid function and thyroid ultrasound; meanwhile, women with thyroid cancer should also undergo routine breast examination, for early detection and early treatment.
