摘要: 纤维素醚(HPMC)掺量对三元复合自流平砂浆早期体积稳定性有影响。早期体积稳定性良好的三元复合自流平砂浆后期收缩小,有利于解决三元复合自流平砂浆大面积施工收缩开裂问题。本文研究了HPMC不同掺量对三元复合自流平砂浆工作性能、力学性能及早期体积稳定性的影响。研究发现HPMC在一定掺量范围内可以提高三元复合自流平砂浆的流动度、早期强度,且能够明显改善三元复合自流平砂浆早期体积稳定性。
Abstract: Cellulose Ether (HPMC) has the influence on the early volume stability of self-leveling mortar of ternary system. Self-leveling mortar of ternary system with good early volume stability has less shrinkage in the late stage and it is helpful to solve the problem of shrinkage cracking of self- leveling mortar of ternary system in large area during the construction. In this paper, the influence of different content of HPMC on the working performance, mechanical properties and early volume stability of self-leveling mortar of ternary system are studied. The results show that HPMC can not only improve the fluidity and early strength of self-leveling mortar of ternary system in a certain content range, but also improve the early volume stability of self-leveling mortar of ternary system.
