基于产教融合背景下的土建类专业实训基地建设研究

The Research on Construction of Training Base for Civil Engineering Specialty under the Background of Integration of Production and Education

摘要: 构建产教融合人才培养模式是地方本科高校向应用型院校转型发展的内在要求，是土建类专业可持续发展的有效途径。本文准确把握宁波工程学院土建专业的定位与特色，通过校企共建共享实训基地、创新教学体系、完善运行管理制度、建设“双师型”教师队伍来探索校内实训基地的建设，以更好地培育应用创新型人才，促进高校的转型发展。

Abstract: The construction of talent training mode of integration of production and education is not only the inherent requirement of the transformation and development of local universities to application-oriented universities, but also an effective way for the sustainable development of civil engineering majors. This article accurately grasps the localization and characteristic of civil engineering specialty in Ningbo University of Technology. Through the sharing of training bases, innovative teaching system, perfect operation management system and construction of “double qualified teachers” team, the construction of school training bases will be explored. The purpose is to better cultivate applied innovative talents and promote the transformation and development of colleges and universities.
