Motion Optimization of Cold Chain Logistics Risk Analysis

摘要: 本文以顺丰优选运营的冷链物流中存在的风险评价和分析为研究目的，在总结其他国内外风险评估的研究的基础上，通过本文的研究结合顺丰优选自身的特性，研究了基于消费者角度的物流风险评价和分析的方法。文中介绍的风险评估模型操作简易且准确有效，具有很好的可信度。同时本模型能够为我国其他企业的冷链物流系统的构建提供参考依据，在企业众所周知的冷链物流前期投资耗费巨大，回报期长的特性下，更好认知冷链物流的情况，为其进一步的发展提供有效的支持。

Abstract: Based on the risk evaluation and analysis of the cold chain logistics operation in SF, this paper studies the methods of logistics risk evaluation and analysis based on the consumers’ perspective, based on the summary of other domestic and foreign research on risk assessment. The risk assessment model introduced in this paper is simple and effective and has good credibility. At the same time, this model can provide reference for the construction of cold-chain logistics system of other enterprises in our country, and the well-known cold chain logistics in the early period of investment, the characteristics of long payback period, better cognitive cold-chain logistics, and provide effective support for its further development.
