国家应急广播地震信息专用接口的开发与实现

摘要: 应急广播作为重要的应急手段,在2013年芦山地震中得以首次应用并取得巨大成功。地震信息快速共享和重大地震信息通过国家应急广播体系发布能够提升地震信息公共服务能力,2015年4月中央人民广播电台和中国地震台网中心签署了《关于推进重大地震信息通过国家应急广播体系自动发布的框架协议》。依托该项目,本文研究并开发自动传输该类信息的接口程序、编写了相关信息传输协议标准,实现向国家应急广播传输地震信息内容,并在数据格式、传输方式、接口方式满足了应急广播需求,实现了实时重大地震信息通过国家应急广播体系自动发布。
Abstract: Emergency broadcasting, as an important emergency measure, was first used in the 2013 earth-quake in Lushan and achieved great success. The rapid sharing of seismic information and major earthquake information through the national emergency broadcast system of earthquake infor-mation release can enhance the ability of public service, the Central People’s broadcasting station in April 2015 and China Earthquake Network Center signed the “framework agreement on promoting the major earthquake information through the national emergency broadcast system automatically released”. Based on the project, this paper introduces the research and development of automatic transmission interface program, the preparation of the relevant information of the information transmission protocol, realizing emergency broadcast transmission to the national earthquake information content, and to meet the needs of the emergency broadcast data format, transmission mode, interface mode, realize the real-time seismic information through the national emergency broadcast system automatically released.
