摘要: 介绍了时间温度指示器这一新型的智能包装的产生及类型,重点阐述了近年来在食品包装领域的国内外应用研究情况及其存在的主要问题,并对其在食品包装上的应用进行了展望。
Abstract: The emergence and types of Time-temperature indicators (TTIs) were introduced, the status quo of its appli- cation in food packaging both at home and abroad as well as its main problems was elaborated, and the prospect of its application envisaged.
