犬右眼外眼角皮肤黑色素肿瘤1例

A Case of Canine Cutaneous Melanoma in the Outer Corners of Right Eye

摘要: 报告1例犬右眼外眼角皮肤黑色素瘤病例。患病动物为去势9岁半德国牧羊犬，发现右眼外眼角处有一小米粒大小肿块，送医就诊。经手术切除肿块，眼观呈黑褐色，质地坚硬，切除组织固定后送检，常规H&E染色后，组织学检查结果发现肿块表皮结构完整，肿瘤细胞浆内有大量黑色素沉积。诊断为皮肤黑色素瘤。 A case of canine cutaneous melanoma in the outer corners of right eye is reported. A 9 and a half years old castration German shepherd dog presented with a firm subcutaneous nodule in the outer corners of right eye. Histopathological examination showed the skin structure of the mass is complete, and there were abundance melanin deposition in the cytoplasm of tumour cells. These findings were consistent with all melanoma.
