摘要: 结合鸡蛋物流实际情况提出常温、多温和冷链物流三种方式,将HACCP管理体系应用于鸡蛋物流过程,以保证鸡蛋在流通过程中的品质与安全性。
Abstract: With the actual situation of eggs logistics, room temperature logistics, multi-temperature logistics and cold- chain logistics were proposed. HACCP management system was applied to eggs logistics process to ensure the quality and safety of eggs in the logistics process.
