电子治理下的政府民主决策研究

On Government Democratic Decision-Making under Electronic Governance

摘要: 社会信息化、信息网络化时代的到来，人民政府对民主决策的关注从价值层面转向价值层面与技术层面相结合，电子治理作为一种新的政府治理模式，它为政府提供了一种新的管理架构。本文通过电子治理模式下为政府民主决策提供的新思路以及存在的问题进行分析，以期进一步完善电子治理，提高政府决策民主性。

Abstract: With the advent of the information-based society, in the network era, the focus of government democratic decision-making is transferred from the values to the combination of the values and the technique. The electronic governance has been regarded as a new model of government management. It offers a new managerial frame. This paper provides new ideas for government democratic decision-making under the electronic governance model, and analysis on the existing problems so as to improve the electronic governance and raise the democracy of government decision-making.
