摘要: 目前世界范围内存在大量未被合理利用的余热资源。对这些温度较低的中低品位热能的回收利用,有机朗肯循环(ORC)被认为是最有效的途径。在简要介绍有机朗肯循环原理和工质选择原则的基础上,以一个大型制药企业为例,对使用ORC余热发电进行了热力学分析。结果表明,使用有机朗肯循环进行低品位余热回收可以节省大量的能量并减少对环境的热排放。
Abstract: Most of the waste heat has not been properly used word-widely. The Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) is considered to be the most efficient way for mid-low grade thermal energy recoveries. Following a brief introduction of the operating principle and working fluid selection, a thermodynamic analysis is performed for the waste heat power generation using ORC for a pharmaceutical enterprise. The results show that the low-grade waste heat recovery using ORC will be helpful to save energy and to reduce the thermal emissions to the environment.
