Research on the Comprehensive Reform of “Three All-Round Education” in Regular Universities in the New Era

摘要: 在新时代的背景下，“三全育人”已成为高校教育工作的重要内容，是全面落实立德树人的根本任务，是培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的重要战略举措。本文通过分析高校“三全育人”现存的问题，明确了协同“三支队伍”、网络育人、心理育人的重要性，并提出了相应的对策和建议。

Abstract: Under the background of the new era, “three all-round education” has become an important content of the educational work in colleges and universities. It is an important strategic measure to fully implement the fundamental task of cultivating people with moral integrity and cultivate socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique, aesthetics and labor. This paper analyzes the existing problems of “three all-round education” in regular universities, defines the importance of collaborative “three teams”, network education and psychological education, and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
