摘要: 本研究选取15项可能影响饭店职业经理人离职的因素进行实证研究。结果表明,饭店的培训和职业发展空间﹑工作的自主性与授权﹑发展前景﹑薪酬和福利水平﹑晋升和分配的公正性,以及雇主对经理人的信任信用是影响经理人离职的前6个重要因素。依据实证研究结果提出相关的建议。
Abstract:
This paper selected 15 factors to identify root causes that affecting hotel managers (HM) turnover. It showed hotel training and career development, autonomy and authorization to work, development prospects, and the level of remuneration and benefits, promotion and distributive justice, as well as the employer trust and credit were six important factors that affecting managers turnover. Recommendations were made based on the results of empirical research.
