Goal-Oriented Requirements Analysis Using Goal Accumulation RDF Graph

Goal-oriented requirement analysis is an approach that semantically suggests requirements based on predefined domain knowledge using ontology. However, developing ontology can be a very expensive process and cause additional efforts. These are major obstacles to introduce Goal-oriented requirement analysis. Furthermore, since the prioritization mechanism depends on how to define ontology, a consistent prioritization process on suggested goal candidates can be hard. In this paper, a goal modeling method based on goal accumulation according to their preference without developing its ontology is proposed. This approach provides 1) a straightforward process to suggest goal candidates without ontology development and 2) a consistent mechanism to prioritize goal candidates.
