采用熔体快淬法制备Fe79Zr8W1B12合金非晶薄带,在不同退火温度下对其进行热处理。结合差热分析仪(DTA),X射线衍射仪(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)等测试技术对Fe79Zr8W1B12合金的热性能和微观结构进行研究。结果表明:Fe79Zr8W1B12合金的晶化过程为非晶→剩余非晶 + α-Fe + α-Mn型→α-Fe + Fe3Zr + ZrFe2 + BFe。由于α-Fe和α-Mn型相具有不同的形核速率导致激活能被划分为两个区间。Fe79Zr8W1B12 amorphous alloy was prepared by melt-spinning and annealed at different temper-atures. The thermal property and microstructures were investigated by differential thermal anal-ysis (DTA), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). The crystallization progress of Fe79Zr8W1B12 alloy is as follows: amorphous → residual amorphous + α-Fe + α-Mn type → α-Fe + Fe3Zr + ZrFe2 + BFe. The activation is divided into two intervals because the α-Fe and α-Mn type phases have different nucleation rates.
