中小企业对我国国民经济的发展发挥着不可替代的作用，但长期以来，融资难一直是困扰我国中小企业发展的一个难题。随着互联网的发展，网络融资也不断兴起，这为解决我国中小企业融资难提出了新的思路。对现阶段网络融资存在的问题进行阐述，进而提出相应的建议，以期网络融资可以更好的为中小企业服务，促进中小企业的发展。Small and medium-sized enterprises are playing an irreplaceable role in the national economy, but for a long time, the problem of financing has always been a problem restricting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. With the development of the Internet, the network financing is also in the making, which is providing new solutions to the financing problem of small and medium enterprises. By analyzing the necessity of the development of the network financing in China, this paper discusses the current problems of network financing in China; meanwhile, this paper provides some corresponding countermeasures, with the hope to contribute to the devel-opment of network financing so as to provide better financing services and solve the financing problems of small and medium-sized enterprises.
